Dara’s Soapery Return & Exchange Policy

At Dara’s Soapery, we take pride in the handcrafted quality of every essential we pour. Because our products are designed for personal use and atmosphere, we have established the following guidelines to ensure the safety and satisfaction of our entire community.

1. Personal Care Items (Final Sale)

Due to the nature of these products and hygiene safety standards, the following items are Final Sale:

  • Artisan Soaps: Because these are used directly on the body, we cannot accept returns once they have been shipped or purchased
  • Shampoo/Conditioner Bars: Because these are used directly on the body, we cannot accept returns once they have been shipped or purchased.

2. Home Essentials (30-Day Return Window)

We want you to love your purchase.

If for any reason it’s not the right fit, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Return Guidelines

• Items must be unused and in original condition

• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged

• Final sale items (select seasonal or limited releases) are not eligible for return

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.

Approved returns are issued as store credit so you can select a scent or product that better suits you.

If your item arrived damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we’ll make it right immediately.
