A: Browse our products, add your favorites to your cart, and complete checkout. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is placed.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: No. At this time, we do not ship internationally.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Orders typically ship within 3-7 business days. Processing time is not included in this estimate.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: You can request changes or cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, orders may already be shipped and cannot be modified.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal.
Q: How can I track my order?

Q: What should I do if I didn’t receive my order?

A: Yes! Our formulations are gentle and suitable for most skin types, including sensitive skin. Patch testing is recommended if unsure.
Q: Do you test on animals?
A: Never. All our products are cruelty-free.
Q: How long do your products last?
A: Most products have a shelf life of 12-24 months, depending on storage and item type.
Q: Do you offer fragrance-free options?
A: Yes! Our Beautifully Bare soap bar is fragrance-free, perfect for sensitive skin.
Q: Are your products gluten-free?
A: Our products are formulated without ingredients intended to contain gluten. They are for external use only. If you have a severe gluten allergy or celiac disease, consult your healthcare provider.
Q: Can I use your products while pregnant or nursing?
A: Our products are formulated with clean, gentle ingredients and are free from harsh chemicals. While generally considered safe, consult your healthcare provider if you have concerns or are using products with essential oils.
 
3. Subscriptions & Loyalty
Q: How does the subscription work?
A: Upon subscribing, you receive 5% off your first deliveries. After your 5th delivery, you automatically get 10% off future renewals. No codes required. Subscriptions can be canceled after two billing cycles.
Q: Can I pause or swap items in my subscription?
A: Yes! Log into your customer portal, select the “Subscriptions” tab, and pause or swap products as desired.
Q: How do I update my subscription shipping address?
A: Log into your customer portal, select the “Subscriptions” tab, and edit your shipping address.
 
4. Returns & Exchanges
Q: Can I return or exchange a product?
A: Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please make sure to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Q: What if my product arrives damaged?

Q: How do I use a shampoo bar?
A: Wet your hair, rub the shampoo bar on your scalp or between your hands to create a lather, massage, and rinse. We recommend two washes: first to remove dirt, second to enhance shine.
Q: Will a shampoo bar make my hair feel different?
A: Shampoo bars are concentrated and gentle. Hair may feel different initially, but regular use leaves hair soft, clean, and hydrated.
Q: How do I store shampoo and conditioner bars?
A: Keep bars in a dry, well-draining dish. Avoid standing water to extend their life.
Q: How long do shampoo and conditioner bars last?
A: With daily use, 1-2 months. Proper storage can extend this.
Q: Can conditioner bars be used on all hair types?
A: Yes! They nourish and hydrate most hair types. Adjust the amount applied based on hair thickness.
Q: Are your soaps safe for sensitive or dry skin?
A: Yes! All soaps are gentle, clean, and designed to cleanse without stripping moisture. For very sensitive skin, try our Beautifully Bare bar.
Q: Do your soaps produce a lot of lather?
A: Yes! They create a creamy, silky lather without harsh chemicals.
Q: Can soap be used on the face?
A: Most are gentle enough for facial use. Patch test if unsure.
Q: Why doesn’t my soap lather as much as commercial soap?
A: Our gentle, skin-friendly ingredients produce a creamy lather, not a foamy one. A little goes a long way.
 
7. Sisal Soap Pouches
Q: What is a sisal soap pouch?
A: A natural, woven bag that holds soap, helps create lather, and gently exfoliates skin.
Q: How do I use it?
A: Place soap inside, wet the pouch, and rub over skin. Works as a soap holder and exfoliator.
Q: Can I use it with any soap?
A: Yes, though it’s designed to fit our soap bars perfectly.
Q: How do I clean my pouch?
A: Rinse after each use and hang to dry. For deeper cleaning, wash by hand in warm water and air dry.
Q: How long will it last?
A: Several months with proper care. Replace if it frays or loses shape.
Q: Can it be used without soap?
A: Yes! Wet and use as a gentle exfoliating scrub.
 
8. Candles & Eco Wicks
Q: Why is my candle burning unevenly or tunneling?
A: Ensure the wick is trimmed to ¼ inch. Burn 3-4 hours and avoid drafts. We recommend burning for a maximum of 4 hours each time you enjoy your candle.
Q: How do I prevent tunneling?
A: Same as above: wick trimmed, long first burn, and draft-free space.
Q: How do I properly dispose of candle wax or empty diffuser oil?
A: Scrape leftover wax into the trash. Empty diffuser bottles can be recycled if accepted locally; leftover oil should not be poured down drains.
Q: What is an ECO wick?
A: ECO wicks are made from sustainable materials like cotton, burn cleaner, and are free from harmful chemicals. ECO wicks are lead and zinc free.
Q: How should I trim an ECO wick?
A: ECO wicks are self-trimming wicks. If needed, trim wick to ¼ inch before lighting.
Q: Can eco wicks make a crackling sound?
A: Some wooden wicks crackle gently, adding ambiance—this is normal.
 
9. Home Fragrance
Q: How do I use a reed diffuser?
A: Place reeds in the oil. No need to flip; this can disrupt the upflow. Replace reeds if clogged. More reeds, the stronger the scent will be.
Q: How long does a diffuser or candle last?
A: Diffusers: 3-5 months. 8oz candles: 45-55 hours, depending on airflow and placement.
Q: Can I reuse my diffuser bottle?
A: Yes! Wash thoroughly with soap and hot water. Do not reuse for food storage.
 
10. Sustainability & Packaging
Q: Are your packaging materials recyclable or compostable?
A: Yes! Packaging is recyclable, and our sisal pouches are compostable.
Q: Do you offer refill options?
A: Yes! Currently available for car diffusers and reed diffusers.
Q: How do you source your ingredients responsibly?
A: We prioritize high-quality, clean ingredients from suppliers committed to sustainability, cruelty-free practices, and transparency.
