Cancellations & Credits
Due to the limited number of seats and preparation required, all ticket purchases are non-refundable.
If you’re unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to a friend or contact us at least 48 hours in advance to receive a credit toward a future workshop.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event and no-shows are not eligible for credit.
Please double-check your availability before booking, as spots are limited.
Arrival
Please arrive on time to enjoy the full experience. Late arrivals may miss portions of the workshop and full instruction cannot be guaranteed.
Age Recommendation
This workshop is recommended for ages 16+.
Safety
This is a hands-on workshop involving hot materials. By attending, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for participating safely.
Event Changes
In the unlikely event that we need to reschedule, you will be offered a transfer to a new date or a full credit.
Ticket Policy
Each ticket is valid for one guest. Materials and seating are prepared in advance based on ticket count.
Photography
By attending, you consent to photos or videos being taken during the workshop for promotional purposes.
